Do you keep a handgun around for fun? Do you want to advance your skills? Do you like to compete against and test yourself?

At Bellevue Indoor Range we're proud to be the original host range for Action Shooting International, a way to practice that’s fun, and builds social connections with other gun owners.

We use simple courses of fire oriented on the practical use of handguns — along with a scoring system that promotes a relaxed, friendly attitude, in a socially constructive environment. ASI shoots are competitions, but we’re more concerned about having fun, learning something along the way, and improving your skills than fighting for every point. Every course of fire (or "stage") will incorporate exciting and practical skills to practice — such as reloading, shooting around an obstacle, shooting while moving, and even shooting with your "off hand" or "support hand." We encourage you to shoot the gun you carry or keep at home, as ASI isn't about having a tricked out "race gun" to get the best score possible. For $20, shooters will get to shoot 4 stages per event, and we host Tuesday and Thursday matches from 7-9pm, every other week.

What you need:

A handgun with at least 2 magazines.

50-100 rds of jacketed, brass-cased practice ammo.

Eye and hearing protection.

A good attitude, and understanding of how to safely handle a firearm.

A pistol case or holster to keep the firearm secure before and between stages.

If using a holster, it must be of rigid construction, for example, Kydex or formed leather. No collapsible "clam-shell" holsters will be allowed.

Magazine carrier (OPTIONAL)
